I remember when people were living in Grand Central Station. They had beds, night stands & would use the bathrooms as showers.

Last year we were walking in center city Philly when this guy drops his trousers and takes a dump in the middle of a parking lot. My wife didn't believe me. Then she didn't want to look. LOL.

Fill the jails with violent people and thieves. If there's extra room, we can worry about the public poopers and pee-ers.

There's always room in jail for public poopers. You don't even need toilets for them.
