NY, NY, . . . the Town So Nice, . . .

Took a fall NE cruise that started out of Manhattan NY 3 years ago. My hotel in Manhattan was across the street from Central Park. Central Park not only didn't have one single bum, but I couldn't find one piece of trash or graffiti in the parki. It was spectacular. I certainly hope that the human cockroaches of society don't find a means to get reestablished there.

That's nothhin'. I was walking along the boardwalk in AC one night and there was a guy back in a corner, I thought he was peeing at first then I noticed his arm frantically..well, ya'll get the picture. He noticed and w/o missing a stroke he asks me if I have an extra smoke.
So is whacking off now legal in NY too?

I know that some homeless people truly need our help. I also know that a lot of them suffer from mental illness. Having said that I will say I am damned uncomfortable around them and the ones that ask for money or basically drive away customers from businesses by their sheer presence piss me off.

Do you ever wonder what the hell happened in someones life that makes them wind up in this situation?

I believe that Don Diego is on to something...

As I have grown older I have come to realize there is no rhyme or reason why some people turn out like they do. I have seen people with total losers as parents turn out to be the most motivated and successful people I know, and vice versa.

I have seen wealthy, successful highly motivated parents who were the best parents you you could wish for. They gave their children every opportunity, and yes they are hardcore conservatives. Their children, now approaching the age of 30 are useless.

I have relatives who are hardcore Republican conservatives who are actually Baptist preachers. The children can't hold a job and they are basically sucking on the government teat for all it is worth. The shame of is the children's children are really in need but the parents are too fucking unmotivated to get an education or get real job.

That is why I hoped DD was trying to be funny because I always considered him smarter, more informed than that.
