There are many options for blame...

1. Blame the parents.
2. Blame the kid.
3. Blame the village elders.
4. Blame the system.

I'm thinking there may be some recessive gene that gets botched and is responsible for miscreant behavior. My money is on the LGFN (Lazy Good Fer Nothin') gene or the CBIM (Criminal Behavior is Me) gene.

How about they send that bum and others like him to P.J's street- let's see how much P J would like them pissing and begging in his neighborhood.

If anyone here woke up and found their front porch smelling of piss or worse, they'd be none to happy. If it started happening on a regular basis I know they would start to get pissed off.

It is sufficiently popular that several citizens have begun mapping the more severely affected areas of the City so as to alert citizens where they are more likely to encounter previously laid poop.

Whether the maps are intended to assist one in finding the poop or in avoiding the poop is entirely the "business" of the user.

Talk about misrepresentation! Garner was not a salesman, but a longtime criminal with 30 arrests, who died while resisting arrest. The police were exonerated by a grand jury

By the way since deblasio and the city council decided to neuter the police dept., homicides are up, with most of the victims being minorities.

I thought that the guy who died was resisting arrest.
