Will net neutrality finally give me internet service that does slow down net flix? You can have this now in many locations in the US with Business grade internet service. That is what companies do - they pay more for a higher grade of service! You can get this now - but you need to pay for it. High bandwidth users like Netflix will congest consumer grade internet services until there is either A) more bandwidth which is not possible without more investment or B) less users - not likely is if costs are kept low.

The bottom line with any service is you get what you pay for.....and if you want more that what is provided for the "base" fee, you need to pay more.
