Obama, liar liar, pants on fire

Maybe Forkie could walk through a Gay Black Ghetto and Boilerman through a Heterosexual White Ghetto. Wait a minute..where are the Gay Black Ghettos?

This is a more difficult question than it might appear at first glance.

The Huffington Post offers a starting place with an article America's 'Gayest' Neighborhoods. Indeed: "San Francisco's Castro district ranked high on both lists, topping the list for gay male couples and coming in tenth for lesbian couples. Similarly, Provincetown [MA] came in on top for women and third for men."
But DonDiego's brief search ended with the following revelation: " . . . the average gay male couple lives in a zip code with a median price per square foot of $208, compared with $139 for lesbian couples. Both are higher than the national average of $127."

Now DonDiego is jealous.
Come to think of it, isn't saying "Liar, liar, pants on fire" a bit...gay?
That's a very interesting series of questions. I grew up with one female skater (some 45 years ago) who was in the top 20 or 30 in the US. I also used to hang with two gals who had danced professionally on Broadway. All three ladies told me that the great majority of the guys are gay. Few of the woman are lesbians, however. From what I've been told, about 90% of Broadway guys hit from the left side, while the great majority of World class American skaters are gay. A far lower percentage of the Eastern Block male skaters and dancers are gay, however.

I've never completed a formal survey on the subject, nor have I ever surveyed the color of the sky. It's still blue. I'm not even certain how we got on this subject, but why is it so terrible to state the truth. You know it's true, I know it's true, and so does everyone else. Heck, my gay friend I'm having lunch with this week also knows that it's true. I'm not saying that it's right or wrong, but I'm saying that it's true.

Really? That's interesting. How do you know this? What percent is it? 80%? 90%? Is it just American Adult Figure Skaters or whole worldwide population of Male Figure Skaters? Why aren't female figure skaters gay too? You base this statement on what? A survey? A scientific study? Personal Knowledge? How many Male Figure Skaters have you met? How many of them were gay? What other professions do you think are mostly gay?

One more thing, I don't believe I've every read an article confirming that Johnny Weir is gay, yet I'm quite certain that he is. Do I know this for a fact? Nope. I'll give you 20 to 1 odds. Furthermore, I don't care if Johnny is gay. In fact, I support gay marriage and hope that Indiana doesn't outlaw such marriages. If two guys or two ladies with to marry, I have zero problems with this.

That being said, why do Liberals argue against the truth.

What Liberal? What truth?

We all live our lives making assumptions. Alanleroy makes assumptions before entering a McDonald's restaurant, he makes assumptions before walking into a Kroger grocery, and when buying a box of cereal.

Alanleroy also assumes that Johnny Weir is gay, yet he won't admit it. That's because Alan must satisfy the PC expectations coming from the left.

It's never terrible to state the truth. It's not terrible to state your opinion and back it up with real data. It's terrible to state your opinion based upon gossip and hearsay and call it the truth that everyone knows.

Let me clarify. When I use words, I attempt to use them accurately. I consider "most" to be "more than half".

How do I know my figures? From talking to a US pro skater and talking to a a pro Broadway dancer. I also am willing to make educated guesses, just like when assuming that Johnny Weir is gay. Can Alanleroy confirm that my Weir assumptions are incorrect? Nope, you can't. You know he's gay, I know he's gay, and everyone know's that he's gay.

By the way, Liberals make assumptions about folks all the time. They are only willing to share assumptions that are anti Conservative, however.

We got on this subject because you said 'Most male figure skaters are gay'. So that made me wonder how you knew that. I had no idea that was true. And when I started thinking about it, I wondered what you meant by 'Most' and then I wondered if the gay stereotype applied to all young and old Male Figure Skaters or just those from the US.

I'm glad you clarified that it does not apply to Eastern European Figure Skaters...but now I wonder why that is and how you knew that and if it applies to Asian Male Figure Skaters.

And now you've taught us that 90% of 'Broadway Guys' are gay. I had no idea that was true. But that makes me wonder how you know that.....And if it applies to All Male Broadway Actors and Singers and Dancers or other Broadway Guys too....or Off-Broadway Guys.
