Obama Planning to invade Texas and turn WalMarts into FEMA Camps

Will there be WalMart greeters for the political prisoners?
How do I know the Texas Guard deployment isn't a ruse for trying to institute a coup of local Police departments? Where can I get information about these troop deployments and answers to questions about their disruption into civilian life? I sure hope local police departments send out a force to monitor the state troops to make sure people are safe.

Well if he doesn't first have someone like General Betty responsible for monitoring the exercises how in the fuck do you expect him to communicate anything to anyone?

Just a thought - maybe he could "in the fuck" ask the Pentagon instead of deploying his own army to spy on the nefarious Federal government....unless he has a paranoid reason not to believe the Pentagon

Lets keep an eye out, Alan. Maybe we can see "how in the fuck" the governor will communicate going forward.

ANd maybe I'll ask the Nevada State guard about hotel prices for my next Vegas trip instead of asking Hotels.com. Ya know - just to be safe.

I dunno but I sure as fuck don't believe the pentagon or anything else the Fed govt says either, well a lot of what they say anyway. Why should I? I know it's easy for some to blindly follow everything and believe everything they say, I'd say me y eyes are a little more open.

Obama and friends have proved to be liars, and once a liar always a liar. There is zero logical reason to trust anything coming from the White House. While this doesn't mean that everything coming from the White House is a lie, it does mean that everything coming from the White House must be considered as a possible lie.

Bravo! See? being honest isn't so hard.

This is all simply an exercise in Obama paranoia....like this thread's author originally stated.

I surprised you didn't add in the 'Because he is black'...Like this thread's author also stated.

There's as much evidence of that as anything you've stated on this thread

Well you've pulled it before.

I say this:

"Deploying state guard to monitor the federal exercise" is not synonymous with "communicating with people about the exercise".

AlanLeroy and the governor say this:

This looks like pretty plain English to me. .

We clearly speak different dialects of English.

Well if he doesn't first have someone like General Betty responsible for monitoring the exercises how in the fuck do you expect him to communicate anything to anyone?

And 'monitoring' doesn't mean he is 'deploying' thousands of troops to follow the military around. At least it doesn't mean that in my dialect of English. It more likely means establishing lines of communication.

PJ's just mad that he doesn't know how the State of Texas will communicate to it's citizens. I just assume they know how to do that fine.

General Betty was directed to monitor the exercises. I'm betting he and his staff will simply work with the US military and the Governor's office to "facilitate communication with local communities, law enforcement, public safety personnel and citizens" as the Governor directed. Who better to fill that role than a Brigadier General with a long history of service. Who else understands the risks and scope of such a training exercise? Who would PJ have perform that role? A community organizer?

PJ seems to think the full Texas State Guard will be deployed to follow the 'nefarious' US military around. He thinks the purpose of deploying the guard is because Texans believe they are being invaded by the Federal Government. Malibber thinks it's because we have a black president.

I think we'll see the Texas Guard in a coordination role facilitating communication between the US Military and Texas State Government....and there's nothing 'nefarious' about it....Just a Governor who wants to be sure there are measures in place to protect his citizens.

I guess we'll know in July. I wish they'd put these exercises on ESPN or something.

Bold added by me because HA!!

They've just started to announce when this is happening so people don't get alarmed and hunker down in their shelter in place with their Bible, rifle, ammo, Ka-bar, and cans of soup.
Ha, . . Ha !

Cans of soup ? Ha, Ha, . . . Ha!

They don't hoard cans of soup any more. They hoard freeze dried meals, . . . that'll keep for 25 years. And they hope the water faucets are still working' for 25 years too.
One more example of Obama's wonderful transparency.

The state's role is to accommodate paranoid birthers who get their information from paranoid AM radio programs in the state...and reassure them that the Texas guard is watching the evil US military. (IE) They can re-assure callersWal*MArt is still safe to shop at. They cant inform callers if a tank is running through their neighborhood today.

How does pj know what 'information' the State of Texas is planning to 'provide citizens who have questions'?

Because there is no line of communication by which to do that, is there? Please correct me if I'm wrong by backing up your earlier post.

Is there a phone number I can call to see how "Jade Helm" affects my neighborhood today? Is there a Texas-government based website where I can check out today's "Jade Helm" activities in my zip code?

And if not, then isn't the governor's (and your) backpedaling explanation a bunch of BS? Former governor, Rick Perry, certainly thinks so.

What really pisses off Liberals is that Texas is a successful and thriving state largely operated by Conservatives.

At last, . . . a job poor old DonDiego is qualified for; he hopes it includes a discount on WalMart merchandise.

*** EDITED TO ADD ***
DonDiego also hopes his position would permit him to poke at the prisoners through the bars with a stick.
