Trump's charades are very transparent

Actually this is transparent.

The Donald is not sneaking around behind the scenes trying to make a deal with mainstream and conservative Republicans concerned about the balance of the Supreme Court. He offering a deal to those Republicans that if they get behind him and he gets elected he'll appoint a nominee agreed to by his campaign and the Heritage Foundation.
Everything about the deal is upfront and now public. The Donald gets Congressional support and the Congress is assured of an acceptable Supreme Court appointment if The Donald wins.

Does pjstroh suppose The Hillary and her fellow Democrats are not discussing the possibilities if She gets to select the nominee, . . . and not making tentative deals? If they are, the public knows nothing of it?

I know the big case against Hillary, Jon Kasich, Jeb Bush, and Chris Christie is that they are part of the establishment that takes marching orders from special interest groups vs the will of the general population. Donald Trump is a big critic of these candidates on this specific metric....except he's already playing the same game and guilty of the same influence.

Don Diego is right....Trump is being very transparent with his hypocrisy.

Let's see. In the next week, Trump will make public a list of 10 candidates from which he will choose a Supreme Court Justice. That gives voters more information from which to make a decision. WOW! That IS transparent and sounds like a fine idea. I demand all candidates make their list of Supreme Court candidates public now. If they don't do it, they must be hiding an important choice from the American people. Irony would be if Merrick B. Garland is on Trump's list.

Yep, and he got his list from the biggest GOP special interest pac.

Ps- president Obama made his Supreme Court nominee transparent as well. You may have heard his name uttered by Senate leaders promising to obstruct the democratic process to give him a vote

1. It's pretty simple really. There were questions about whether he would appoint a conservative, moderate or liberal supreme court justice. Now we'll know. I hope he makes public all of his key proposed appointments in advance of the elections. I wish all the candidates were all this transparent.
2. Oh. You mean following the 'Biden Rule'. Ok...not really...If the Republicans were smart they'd perform an exhaustive review of Judge Garlands cases....Like for months. Then they'd have intense public grilling and humiliation and distortion sessions where they pick apart every controversial decision...Then they'd vote as a block against him. You know...Bork him like Democrats. We haven't had a good Borking in a while.

Yes, its incredibly simple...and transparent. Donald Trump is soliciting the very special interest groups he has criticized his opponents for doing the same.

I guess he just wasn't being very transparent (or honest) when he spent the last 8 months posturing himself as an anti-establishment candidate.

Oh well...at least Alan's happy.
Does PJ believe that Trump is accepting legal or illegal bribes, monetary or otherwise?

The egregious nature of money is that it buys political favor. Trump has already admitted to granting political favor to a very specific request from a dark-money-special-interest group.

Did he grant that favor in exchange for a bribe? ..or a promise?.....or did he do it for free? Does it matter?
