And then came the 14th Amendment, which made a distinction that enumerated "citizens of the United States" separately from "any person." And guess what? The Supremes have decided that "any person" can be a foreigner, and "any person" can even be an illegal alien.

Read it again, this time with boldness. Citizens and "any person" are enumerated separately, and foreigners have been found to have constitutional rights in several Supreme Court cases. As if you didn't know that.
This is simply the same old "Boilerman" in disguise. Long story, but my computer was cleared of cookies and I couldn't remember nor find my password. That combined with shutting down my old email address some time ago (I finally switched to gmail), and I couldn't get a new password sent to me via LVA.

The Republicans brought the lawsuit because of a perceived violation of the Constitution by The Obama.

In their haste to pass the Obamacare Law at any cost by a 100% partisan vote the Democrats neglected to authorize funds for the Government subsidies. The Obama Has been spending Government funds which the Congress never authorized Him to spend.

It's a separation of powers thing; Congress must appropriate all Government spending. The President cannot spend monies the Congress has not authorized him to spend.

That is the reasoning behind the Court decision today. DonDiego finds it in accord withe Constitution; he hopes it stands. He cannot know if it will or not.

DonDiego has repeatedly stated his preference that all Laws be enforced; he also suggests the Constitution should never be violated.

And who wants the federal government to censor parts of the internet. And who advocates eliminating due process guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment. And who "loves" eminent domain for private gain. Until you repudiate all of the above, you have no business talking about the Constitution. It was built by great Americans, unlike Donald Trump and anyone who supports his dismantling of it.

On your last sentence, if you didn't wear the uniform you don't know jack sh!t what it is like to wear one. 2 things, if the fighters return from dropping their bombs, thank all those who worked on the aircraft, guarded the base and the all the bombs they used, all the folks that ensured that pilots had the intel to get to the target and back, and all the other pilots on the mission.

I was very lucky not to have seen any bullets whizzing by me, however since you never served, you don't have the right to say jack to folks that have.

Which uniform? See, in your case it didn't matter. That you were fighting for the good guys is just an accident of geography, and you could have just as easily fought for fundamentalists on the other side.

America is an ideal that includes non-Trumpian beliefs like freedom of religion, freedom of speech, due process, and so on. It isn't a gated community designed to keep the lawns green and the riff-raff out. But that's obviously how you think of it.
I hope that folks get tired of kicking this dead obamacare horse pretty soon, because that corpse sure ain't gonna get up and win (finish?) any races.
It is the liberals who go out of their to eliminate any mention of Christianity, break up Republican rallies, shut down conservative speakers at colleges and try to hang the police out to dry on bogus claims. They try in the press & try to expel male college students on alleged rape without a trial (see Duke lacrosse as an example)
