Just to note - this is not "requested adjustments to premiums" as is the basis for other threads around here....this is actually happening.

Heck, Oregon's 'Obamacare Computer System' cost over 300 Million of tax dollars and it was completely scrapped.

And...If Blue Cross was overcharging California customers per the law, it's little wonder we're seeing such small 2016 California Exchange increases. Did they calculate the approved 4% 2016 increase on the original Policy Amounts or the amounts after this Blue Cross Refund? Inquiring minds want to know.
