Off to South Point

Early Thursday morning through Sunday noon.

Plans are
play a buttload of Super Times Pay VP
have crab legs and chowder at the Oyster Bar at least once
dinner at the Prime Rib joint
Mexican lunch
Japanese Happy hour
drunk bowling0 at 4am
see "American Sniper" and "Selma"
drink through the alphabet in one day

I may not go outside for three days. And it will be majestic.

Statying on an upfront comp with $65 in gambling credit, $40 resort credit, and a comped dinner at either the prime rib or Italian joints.
Good Luck. Have Fun! I don't think I could make it past M on the alphabet drink-off. Getting old.
You're leaving before the Super Bowl starts?!?
yeah I'll be at a friend's house in front of the TV an hour before it starts. Short flight back to PDX

Excellent choices on that list...we often hit the SouthPoint and were there earlier this week. Good call on the sushi place as the happy hour (2-6) is great...make sure you get the 777 roll. Funny thing there is there is always a long line for Steak and Shake now. If you like liver, try it at the prime rib place...very good!!

Friday night you might check out "The Dirty" which is a comedy show starting at 12:30 (after midnight Friday). Free to get in, very rowdy. We went twice...one good night and one bad so it somewhat depends on who is on the stage, but it is a nice late night diversion.

You might also check out the sportsbook deli to grad a dessert to take back to the room...they are very impressive.
I'll be there all day Sunday for the Super Bowl watching party

Can you give me your "drink through the alphabet" list?
It changes every time. Usually I start with Alabama Slammer, B-52, Corona, Duck Fart, Electric Lemonade.........

Usually I get chummy with the bartender/cocktail girl and give them a nice tip $20 up front. after that they are incredibly helpful and have a good time helping me think of stuff. I tell the cocktail girl, "hey I need a drink that starts with F" and she comes back with something I've never had before. Some of them are always the same. Kamikazee. Gin and Tonic. I try to mix in a beer or two (Heinekin, Dos Equis), and of course lots of water and food. It's quite fun
