The business portion of my trip will be a little less exciting than your business trips to Vegas, I suspect. Business breakfast at 7:30, on the floor by 9am, business lunch, then back to the floor. This all followed by a business dinner. Back to the room by 9pm to catch up on emails. Rinse and repeat for day two. No drinking, no gaming, no fun.
Day three, I'm no vacation, but I'll still have 4 hours of stuff to catch up on. I'm not complaining, but I'm there to work hard. Day 3 will include my first hand of blackjack.

Sounds great. Have fun! I wish I had a business trip to Las Vegas. And yes, cheap rental car rates are no longer. Your rate for $110 for 3 days is the norm. Good luck.
