I was thinking about this... about two years ago, Harrahs actually dropped the number of slot machines in its casinos. In some casinos the reduction was obvious, like in Caesars where several hundred slots were removed. In other casinos the drop was not as much. Could the reaction mean fewer lower limit slots, and more table games? I dont know what the fee structure is on table games but I can certainly see fewer VP machines as a result of this, as well as fewer low level slots.
