On the local Detroit news channel, software app was created by a MSU computer software grad and the drill book used by colleges and universities for their bands....

Buick's routine would be a Buick Riviera chasing and catching a motorcycle. The driver would then jump out and turn its headlight from hi beem....to lo beem....to no beem.
