So after all the Stations hate, I will show some love.
I won one of the cars!! It has yet to be delivered, so until it is in my driveway I am leary of any tricks. Just kidding!
I have to also give a little love. I loved the marketing lady who was very kind, professional and helpful. To try and give them a second chance, I am trying to notice better service. Grudges affect you more than the begrudged one.
We also went to the cafe again and they had actual real glasses for drinks and more updated dishes. They were going for the GVR/RR upscale cafe look. Of course, it is still the Sunset Cafe and I acually like the greasy diner theme anyway, but it was nice enough. Our food was better than normal from there. We did just have soup and sandwich though. Waiter was a little more chipper than the usual too. Hope it holds out.
Also noticed a new (younger) guy at the club desk (once). Never saw him again though. I must say though that I went to the club desk to get my new car and the regular guy had no clue where to direct me. Over 30 minutes for him to get someone on the phone to tell me I was supposed to go to the cage instead. This was halfway through the promotion, isn't the club desk supposed to know what is going on in the casino and about the "biggest promotion ever in the history of Las Vegas" and I am sure other people needed to be directed to the cage. Who would have thought the cage was the redemption center?
