Think I have this figured out.

Discovered a new Thai place (located in same strip mall as Lotus of Siam)....this is called Arawan Bistro...whole catfish....food was amazing....so was creme brulee

Also had great view of Nasacar Victory lap and new Resorts casino

AND Hash House a Go Go - Chicken and waffles
