why are the left coast folks so envious of the SEC?


surely contentious sports threads are allowed here, right?

Because we don't have NFL here ... not good NFL. And the SEC pays better than Arena Football!

That question has an easy answer. They've won the BCS championship 5 times in a row and have never lost a championship game. The only way it seems to keep from having a SEC BCS champion is to keep them from playing in the game.

That's true. Auburn's will just be vacated.

Don't see anyone here dissing the SEC. Nor have I in our many FB chats here over the years.

Although Ken and I have our favorite Pac 10 (er Pac 12) teams, we will be brothers in arms in our hope that Oregon exploits how much the SEC is overhyped and overrated.

LOL.....is oregon playing Kentucky or Vanderbilt? no, they are playing LSU. and even though LSU's starting QB went to jail, the Ducks and their god-awful uniforms are no match for the evil genius of Less Miles
