Does anyone have any leads regarding any online postings, or cookbooks which detail Old Las Vegas restaurant recipes? I can't help but think that as establishments such as Aku Aku, The Green Shack, Sill's Drive-In, Alpine Village (some of their stuff can be located), The Round-Up Drive-In, or any of the other timeless places which existed within the casinos simply vanished when the casinos changed hands, or were demolished.

I searched rather thoroughly both Vegas newspapers and the web.
