If someone, like say poor old DonDiego, were interested in purchasing counterfeit banknotes or documentation, . . . and DonDiego is not, . . . would it be wise to do so over the internets ?
n.b. The National Security Agency has constructed a large facility in Utah for the express purpose of recording electronic communications to protect the citizenry from, . . . well, . . . from something, . . . maybe including counterfeiting.
