Here in south central Texas we have enjoyed over two inches of rain the past couple of days. While it won't make even a dent in our ongoing extreme drought, smiles were abundant all over town, thunder and lightning brought high fives at the local coffee shop, and freshly planted tomato seedlings sent joyous new growth skyward. Ah, the sweet smell of spring....
