Palace Station or Boulder Station

I seem to remember a post stating one of these buffets was not up to the quality of other Feast buffets. Can anyone comment on this.
Gvr/red rock. Are the top tier station buffets.
Sunset / Santa Fe are mid tier
Boulder / palace / Texas are low tier. Fiesta properties too.

I had dinner at Boulder Station in December. Dirt cheap and completely mediocre quality.
I've stayed at both places and I tend to favor Boulder Station. I like their bars and the progressive jackpots. Palace station used to have two good things in their coffee shop. One was a skillet breakfast which used to be great, but I don't think they serve it any longer. They also had a prime rib sandwich which was to die for. But I guess since they now lease out their coffee shops, they don't serve these any longer. I thought the Italian restaurant at both places was pretty decent.
Never cared much for Palace food...Bingo is better than the buffet. Plus the casino is so close to the expressway I feel like a car/truck is going to come over the guard rail and land on my machine.

We were at Palace station in October and they still had the skillet breakfast which is something I like to order. We are heading back in April and will update you then. I like their buffet which is very low cost, and with the coupon, 2 people eat for about 8.00 which is a deal. There is nothing special on it, just average cheapie buffet food, but we don't go to Vegas for the food anyway.

I do know that the seafood little bar is now open 24 hours a day and it's funny to see people eating fish at 6 am!!
Was at the Palace last night, well below average.
Thanks
