History in recent years has the Super Bowl winner, winning this game. However those teams had the same quarterback and not a rookie starting. History has also had the Super Bowl loser kind of falling apart the next season and not doing nearly as well as the year they played in the Super Bowl. It will be tough to bet against Carolina.

I have Carolina. Should be a close game. Not a ton of scoring.
