We are not staying at the 4Q but would like to park there. I got our slip validated at the self serve thing near the casino cashier cage but still had to pay $5. Isn't there a way to eliminate paying if you use their lot?
Sounds like you stayed longer than the validation was good for. I think its two free hours, but it might be three. In any case, you can get the slip revalidated if you are over the time allotted.

Have one of the slot attendants put multiple stamps on your parking receipt. Each stamp is good for three hours.
