Parx Poker

Went to the track yesterday at Parx. No power at work so I needed something to do to kill the day. Had a lot of fun for $20. After the racing was over I headed upstairs to the poker to maybe sit a while at a low stakes game. I've never seen limits in poker rooms like at Parx. $150-$250 H.O.E. $50-$100 Limit HoldEm, $10-$20 NLHE. I think $10-$20 was the lowest limit game and $5-$10 was the lowest no limit game.

Are these normal limits on a Tuesday afternoon? The place was packed. And, it's a big place.

I go to PARX once a month ( I live accross the bridge in Hamilton NJ) the table and Poker Room limits have always been like that since they opened. I thought the limits would go down after a while but the casino is still packing them in. I do know of few people that were off as well because of Irene and went there too. Maybe thats why the place was jammin.

Looks like they are expanding the new casino. They even put some slot machines back in the older casino.
