I concur 100% with lineaway.

Texas due Brazil is much better than pampas and I hear that fogo is better yet.

I would definitely say Fogo is better ... the salad bar is full of delicious marinated veggies, high end cheeses, and fancy breads. I almost prefer to simply get the salad bar and skip the meats.

Where is this "FOGO" you speak of? Is it a chain?

Yes, its a small national chain...like Ruth Chris.

thanks PJ, don't when our next trip will be but I will possibly try it out.
would like to go out over the super bowl. Most times what I would like and what I get are alittle different.
Many times, if you cruise through the Miracle Mile (mall attached to PH), you will find people giving out dicount coupons for Pampas, and a few other places. Check with the guest services desk for coupon books.
I ate here twice during my latest trip, compliments of Conrad Hilton. The first time, I had an entree, the petite filet mignon. The second time, I did the rodizio.

This is a decent place, but not worth the money, IMO. You're paying for the location. I would much rather have the prime rib at Magnolia's than the entree.

I'm not bashing anything about it; it's just over-priced, IMO.
