Plans for Las Vegas's most exclusive neighborhood

I have serious doubts whether this will come to fruition anywhere close to what the developers intend. The Ridges opened in 2000 during the boom period here. This ain't 2000.

Homes priced 2 million to 9 million. That is a very limited group of the population that can afford such a house. In addition they have to pay a hefty amount for the golf course.

Many developers were building these luxury condos with the hope that as the population in the US grew older in the US, that many of them would retire in Nevada and take advantage of no income tax. That hasn't happened.

New golf course and 200+ fancy big homes....don't they need water for that?

Maybe Bellagio could share some of theirs?

Thanks for the link. I am betting it will be a flop!
