I am afraid to ask but what it is a "Fresh Poke Bar"? Is that better than getting a stale poke?

DonDiego suspects it is a buffet of cold/raw seafood appetizers.

Raw fish. If you are a Top Chef fan check out the finals of season 2. There you will find the food they are likely serving.

Sounds like you'll be able to get a fresh poke there as opposed to the type you find at Girls of Gliiter Gulch!
Seriously, this sounds like a great move. The Mex and Texmex will always go if done decently. The Island theme sounds like a big push to grab some of the followers of the California. I'll be very interested to take a look at the new Plaza. Maybe even stay there.

You pronounce "Poke" in this case as "Pokee".
