I used to play online every day. I was a paid proposition player on two sites, $16.00/hour for small stakes, and played an average of 4-6 hours per day in two sessions.
In the "early" days of online poker, there were several sites I funded with free money won from freerolls. The only time I ever sent payments was to "validate" an account before making a withdrawal. I did well enough for what I considered a part time recreational job, and made a profit on every site I ever played.
When UGEIA was passed, I cashed out my money, and stopped playing, figuring I'd wait until everything blew over. It still has not, and I do miss playing online. I miss the easy money, or what used to be easy money, and the opportunity to make a few bucks anytime I felt like it.
What I really miss the most is being able to sit down and play naked, whether for a few minutes or several hours.
As for funds for those of you who had any..... I figure you will eventually be able to claim them.
But this.... it makes me LOL. Guess because I saw it coming, only expected it earlier.

I do wonder who has been arrested already, and who has warrants outstanding. Many Poker Pro "celebrities" have some "ownership" in the sites. Should be interesting to see who gets cuffed. Will US Marshals be at the WSOP looking for them?
