Politics? On a Las Vegas forum?

I'm planning a trip to Vegas in the Middle of November. I come to the LVA forums to get info. I find politics. I really get more than enough of this stuff everyday no matter what. I'm sick of it. Yes, I do plan to vote and yes, I do belong to a political party. Needless to say, I will avoid the LV free for all until after the election. If you want to complain about the state of the country and who is the better candidate, leave me out. This is about LAS VEGAS!!!!!!

I long time ago,a post stated something like:
ALL OF YOUR POSTS SHOULD BE VEGAS RELATED.
I signed up, but lasted only 4 months B-4 I strayed off of the "Las Vegas only" post idea.

No politics for me as well.
Well,it IS called a free for all.

We have a wide variety of posts all of the time.
Astronomy,guns,sports and a lot of politics.

Some posts are hard to resist responding to.
in the beginning,you could read a non-'Vegas post but not respond to it.
It would be great to try that again.

No it won't get better after the election.

When DonDiego got banned for political posts (he was posting so incessantly about the Chevy Volt I thought maybe he had Tourettes), lots of people complained and as a result he was reinstated. My profile icon was a tribute to his martyrdom.

The Las Vegas Advisor website has lots of areas that management profits from and cares about. This forum is not one of them.

If everyone was like me it wouldn't be a problem. I never start political threads.

Well, you happened to drop in at probably a bad time only because of the upcoming pres. election and everyone has something to contribute there. Actually we all talk about a wide range of what's going on in the world and to a certain extent our own lives.

I doubt there's a Vegas question that couldn't be answered here, ask away! There's a person who's stayed at every place imaginable or ate at any place imaginable, there's tons of Vegas knowledge, all you gotta do ask, someone or more likely several will chime in. It's a friendly place, just don't read the pol. threads if you're not interested, no biggie.
