Portfolios

Just curious, what are some of the stocks you like and hold? What are some that you're watching/interested in? Conservative? aggressive? A mixture of both? Again, just curious, dont want to be to nosy.
Me?, a few mutual funds(fidelity low priced fund and magellan) and a handfull of stocks. I've been long for awhile and will continue to hold GE, PGH,FE. Some others i hold but aren't core AA,CSCO,DRYS,FTR,and couple others.
I've taken Some off the table and thought I would try a dividend capture approach with it. I was pretty careless with it at first but I think i can make work. I Am committing 3 months and see where I end up. Currently,I'm a little under water, but I'm a strong swimmer.
Wyndham
GE
Pepsi
Sunrise Assisted Living
Wendy's
Citigroup
Ford
Cablevision
a few ETFs- PBJ,QQQ,KBE
I'm in and out of Sears.

Sunrise has been a grand slam the last few months.
Borders was closing and had a half price sale. Luckily, they had a half price chart with numbers at full price and their 50% discount price. Sometime the half price math can get tricky. Anyway, I bought Day Trading for Dummies. Look out. I'm going to be rich.
Food and beverage stocks shouldn't be a bad bet. Look towards some growth mutual funds as you'll need something working once the economy shows signs of coming back. A good Fidelity or Magellan mutual fund is typically never a bad buy.

This one is ONLY if you have some serious, and I do mean serious money: brka (berkshire hathaway) Geigo's boss. BRKA closed today at (edit) $127,700 a share (I could have bought 1 share in the 1980's for $6K a share. Man I should have done it)

the little brother is a tad less expensive: BRKB $84.74 a share

Both are ran by our favorite billionaire Warren Buffet.

Actually for $127.7 million you could buy 1000 shares of BRKA - it closed at $127,776/share
