I love poke. I'm used to it being served with a little bit of sliced avocado and a wasabi sauce. The picture you have there looks like it is served with a small fried quail's egg or just a small fried egg. I've never had poke served with egg.
Good stuff, RM. ... The avocado slices are buried below. This has a fried quail egg (sunny side up). I have also had it with the quail egg raw on top. I like it both ways.
