Good stuff, RM. ... The avocado slices are buried below. This has a fried quail egg (sunny side up). I have also had it with the quail egg raw on top. I like it both ways.

Love this thread. Heading to Vegas on Saturday morning for one week with my

gilrfriend who has been a friend now for 37 years. We have travelled to Vegas

between 10-15 times & always have a great time together. WOOHOO.

We found some "lost" important documents last night. Whew!
