Posting a new topic or responding in forums.

Big Dawg, I have exactly the same problem as you. 6 years ago when I joined LVA, I was able to post new topics, reply to personal messages, and use a regular reply to the forum topics.

Somewhere around 2-3 years ago, I stopped being able to do anything except use "quick reply". I do miss being able to occassionally post, and most of all, be able to respond to a personal message. LVA was unable to help me as well.

I will watch your topic in case some wonder "fix" is posted ! Good luck to you..........

Actually I have driven in BMW's and Mercedes. I prefer BMW but i'm more of a fan of a softer ride by the luxury cars offered by Japan and America. :-)

Then I can't fault you for making an informed decision.

Next time Apple Stock dips below $400 a share buy some. Sell it in a couple weeks when it get up around $450. Take that profit and buy a Apple laptop.

Just an update. I was able to post on another website's forum using my new computer and IE. Any solutions for this site yet. Inquiring minds want to know.

I have some problems with IE9 that work on firefox. I have both browsers and use both of them for various things.

I always assumed the problem was related to pop-ups which I have blocked on IE. You might want to check your config and see if changing it works. OTOH, I really don't want to enable pop-ups which is why I use firefox for LVA when I need one of the functions that doesn't work.

Thanks Arc. I agree I do want pop-ups blocked also.
