Its a site where you can donate money to an aspiring entrepreneur...in this case it is someone making potato salad. Perhaps marketing it to stores? Somebody has to make it I guess. I wont be donating =)

Seems the originator wanted $10.00 to buy ingredients for potato salad because he was broke.

Started a Kickstarter campaign to get that $10 for his ingredients.

He has now raised over $ 41,000. He now plans to have a party for everyone who contributed. Also, there are now "rewards", ie: hat, T-shirt, etc for funders.

Let's see how much he has left after the IRS comes calling...
