True..they also told the NY Times Russia's motivation was to get Trump elected. Regardless, I cant understand why anyone would pick sides with Putin over the United States. Not one of your finer moments.

The FBI and the CIA are still under Øbama's and his DOJ control. So far, there is only hearsay, no proof of who said what or who did what or why anyone did what they might have done, other than WikiLeaks stated flat out that it wasn't the Russians, it was DNC insiders. At least one of those DNC insiders has already been murdered. Dead men can't talk...

Spot on post! Just look at everything Comey did to try to get Hillary elected. Very partisan.
What is The Obama gonna do to retaliate ?

Maybe he should contact some youngster with an unsophisticated phishing program, to get some high Russkie Mukety-Muck to change his password and open up all his e-mail files; apparently that's how John Podesta, The Hillary's Campaign Manager, got hacked.
But poor old DonDiego supposes the Russkie won't fall for it.

DonDiego has a concern, . . . exactly how does The Obama want to "retaliate"? DonDiego trusts, . . . or hopes, . . . the USA is already doing what it can to find out as much as it can off of official Russkie computers.
So far as DonDiego knows Mr. Putin, the President of the Russian Federation is not currently engaged in a political race, . . . so what's The Obama gonna target?

Besides announcing one is going to retaliate alerts the target to be prepared. DonDiego suggests doing something beyond what the USA is already doing undetected for "revenge" runs the risk of compromising US electronic techniques for obtaining really valuable information just to spite Mr. Putin.

He suggests just going with a pimple-faced teenager in Nebraska or Kansas - nobody including the Russkies can tell the difference between those States anyway - with a phishing program is pr'bly the best course of action. If'n the kid gets lucky, . . . cool. If not, at least the kid won't endanger the more efficient ongoing electronic spying techniques the US employs, . . . and, hey, he was expendable anyway.
Oh and wikileaks has announced what they published was not obtained by hacking anyone anyway. wikileaks states it was a disgruntled insider in the campaign who turned over the information.

Who's is one to believe, . . . The Hillary ?, . . . The Obama ?, . . . wikileaks ?

All's well that ends well.

Clearly the CIA and FBI aren't too be believed, right?

There is probably no issue that defines "Team" politics more than this one. This really should not be a partisan issue but everyone is running to their political security blankets. Any information that is not flattering to their team is presumed corrupted and untrustworthy - even when it comes from the highest levels from the institutions of our intelligence community.

NASA scientists can't be trusted on climate research. The CDC cant be trusted to define the consequences of Ebola. And now the FBI cant be trusted to provide intelligence. DonDiego has been primed nicely. "We're at war with Eurasia....we've always been at war with Eurasia."

PJ, you list the fbi and cia....WHO??? At those agencies who is saying what?

I'm happy to chase Russkies with you, but show me something to make me a believer. I know you think I can believe Obamanation.....but I can't keep my plan or my doctor. And I sure as hell can't believe Liarry or Podesta. So should I believe Lynch? Not likely. So give me someone I can get behind. And McCain and Graham don't work either.....so who at fbi or cia is talking?

That's pretty hilarious. When the FBI was giving us info on Hillary's emails they were the bastion of justice. But as soon as they reveal info damaging to Trump then all the birthers play their conspiracy cards.

Have you ever heard the phrase "prosecuting your own witness?"

Exactly what has the FBI and/or CIA said, and where is there any proof that they said it? So far, the NYT and WaPo have said the FBI and CIA said the Russians were doing the hacking and trying to rig our elections. NYT and WaPo both have published fake news in the recent past meant to benefit Democrats. IF the FBI and CIA did in fact say the Russians were doing the hacking and trying to rig our elections, where is the FBI's and CIA's proof?

I'm not surprised that the pathological liar-in-chief has jumped into the fray...it probably took a few days for he and his cronies to get on the same talking point pages...but what he has said this week just doesn't fit with his earlier narrative on the subject. This week he said he knew in September that the Russians were hacking and trying to rig our elections, knew that Putin was responsible, and told Putin to "cut it out" back then. In October, he said: "There is no serious person out there who would suggest that you could even rig America's elections... There is no evidence that that has happened in the past, or that there are instances that that could happen this time...So I'd advise Mr. Trump to stop whining."

IOW, he knew it was happening, who was doing it and confronted the perp at the time, then later he said it couldn't be happening. I truly don't understand why anyone listens to a single word he says, unless they like being lied to.

It's hard to know who to beleive any longer. 15 yrs ago I would've believed them outright but everything seems so politicized anymore. Comey at first saying he wouldn't suggest charges, Bill's clandestine meeting with Lynch right before the DOJ announcement, the recount and when that didn't work those evil Russians suddenly are front page news and it's all anyone was talking about.
We currently live in a world where it's hard to decipher the truth, and I wouldn't trust this Admin. about hardly anything.
Obama brought the hammer down.....and a shitload of Commie Ruskies are packing up and heading back to the Gulag in Russia ! Faux News crying a river over this......as probably a bunch of right wing nutjobs on the FFA. Now we got Trump tweeting praise about his bromance buddy Putin. Let's see.....first Trump was a Democrat, then a Republican, now he's morphed into a RED COMMIE !!! The Faux News/AM Radio addicted folks on the FFA who voted for Trump.......voted for a COMMUNIST !!!

UCMTSU !!
Lol, he brought the hammer down all right......Putin has to go to his room without watching CNN until January 20th. Boy, oh boy, that Obamanation sure is tough.
The Communist Party no longer rules Russia.

There are presently 77 political parties officially registered within the Russian Federation.

President Putin is a member of the United Russia Party. It is more interested in a strong State/Government and Russian nationalism, . . . communism, not so much.

The second largest party within The Russian Federation is the Communist Party; they do support communism, Marxist-Leninism, and socialist patriotism.
The Commies usually register within the mid-teens to around 20 per-cent of the vote.

The other 75 parties share the leavings.

n.b.: DonDiego supposes there is lots of corruption and double-dealing within the ruling party, as there often is in powerful organizations.
He does not endorse any Russian political party. But DonDiego recognizes the aim of the ruling party within the Russian Federation is no longer world-domination under Communist Rule. It's more like the goal of leading political parties around the world, competing for . . . more, and more, . . . and more wealth, influence, and power.
DonDiego still prefers residing in the good old USA; besides he's getting' pretty old to be relocatin' again, and he enjoys the view from Tomato Ranch Ridge.
