Pretty cool meat site

My wife cae across this,i learned a few new things for cooking on my particular grill(weber kettle). It has a lot of other informative info. Anyhoo,i skimmed over it,refreshed a few things i allready knew and a few i didn't.

Can't wait to throw a few filets on here in about 6-8 days.Have a huge bag of dungeness in the freezer along with a bag of calamari, think i'llhave a little surf and turf feast next week.
