12 is Mars Bar - Milky Way, unless they are different in the USA, is not topped with caramel.

The American version of the Milky Way bar is made of chocolate-malt nougat topped with caramel and covered with milk chocolate and is very similar to the Mars bar sold in other countries.

Ooookaaayyyyyy - so if we are going against the rest of the planet - (why am I not surprised ) what is it called without the caramel? |Three Musketeers? For a bonus point - WHY?
