The Private Server

Nobody has yet said what crime Hillary Clinton is being investigated for....usually thats a prequisite before subponeaing information ...unless you have a court run by conspiracy theorist birthers.

DonDiego supposes Ms. Clinton is believed to have mishandled classified information, . . . to include transmitting classified information to no fewer than 6 persons unauthorized to receive such information, and storing classified information in an unapproved electronic server.

Revelations yesterday from the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community indicated some subject material is classified "Top Secret" [i.e."information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security"]

The unapproved storage apparently includes a private server then located in Chappaqua, NY and a thumb drive in the possession of her personal lawyer. DonDiego supposes her personal lawyer does not posses a Top Secret clearance or an appropriate storage facility, so he has also violated the Law.

Previous violators of such laws include Julius and Ethel Rosenberg [executed], Klause Fuchs [convicted, served 9 years in prison], and Edward Snowden [granted asylum in Russia].

Nope, your quotation has been altered. And your headline was a complete lie, or do you deny that? But to give you credit, the photo appears to be accurate and not Photoshopped.

I guess for you Roulette Man, that's doing better than average.

Did Zeifman not describe Hillary that way? Did Zeifman not say if he had the power he would have fired her? C'mon Forkie, try to be forthright and give us all of the facts instead of your half-ass lies.

...Did Zeifman not say if he had the power he would have fired her?...
Not according to Jerry Zeifman.

Zeifman, who apparently thought he had the power to fire Hillary, said this to Neal Boortz: "Let me put it this way, I terminated her along with other staff members who we no longer needed. And I said that I could not recommend her for any further positions." Zeifman also hated Congressman Peter Rodino and the Judiciary Committee's Special Counsel by the way.

So to summarize:
  • The Roulette Man graphic's headline is a complete lie.
  • The Roulette Man graphic's quotation has been deliberately altered.
  • The subject of Roulette Man's graphic says he terminated Hillary because she was no longer needed.
  • The photo is accurate however.
  • Forkie did not include "all the facts." Since Zeifman wrote a 262 page book criticizing the impeachment of Richard Nixon, that is probably true.
  • Sigh. NEVER EVER expect the full story from Forkie. He will distort and try to paint another story.

    To Summarize:

    Forkie is a liar.

    Quote

Jerry Zeifman said he supervised Hillary Rodham Clinton as she worked on the team that worked on the Watergate impeachment inquiry, and that during the investigation Hillary Clinton had “…engaged in a variety of self-serving, unethical practices in violation of House rules.”

Specifically, Jerry Zeifman said Hillary Rodham Clinton and others wanted Richard Nixon to remain in office so Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy would have a better chance of being elected president. Zeifman said a young lawyer who shared an office with Clinton came to him in August of 1974 to apologize that he and Clinton had lied to him. The lawyer, John Labovitz, is quoted as saying that he was dismayed with “…her erroneous legal opinions and efforts to deny Nixon representation by counsel — as well as an unwillingness to investigate Nixon.”

Jerry Zeifman also said that Hillary Rodham Clinton regularly consulted with Ted Kennedy’s chief political strategist, which was a violation of House rules. Zeifman said in addition to helping Ted Kennedy win the presidency, Democrats also didn’t want Nixon to face an impeachment trial because they feared he might bring up abuses of office by President John Kennedy as part of his defense.

But while Jerry Zeifman has been consistent in his criticism of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s work on the Watergate investigation, circumstances surrounding her termination are less clear. In a 1999 interview with the Scripps Howard News Service, Zeifman said he didn’t have the power to fire Clinton, or else he would have:

In an interview on the Neal Boortz Show in 2008, Jerry Zeifman altered his claim about Hillary’s termination from the Watergate investigation:

“Well, let me put it this way: I terminated her, along with some other staff members who were — were no longer needed, and advised her that I would not — could not — recommend her for any further positions.”

Now if we were to believe old Forkie, we would believe that the press never misquotes or gets anything wrong. Hell just yesterday they claimed the quarterback for the New York Jets was cold cocked or suckered punched, when in fact he was hit squarely. I think I will believe the words coming out of someone's mouth over what is written in an article.

Face it, Hillary is a lying crook and Forkie embraces this.

Any disagreement on any of those bullet points? Anyone?
  • LOL. When he has been beaten, Forkie must lie his ass off. Does Forkie have any soul at all?

  • Sorry to bump, but Roulette Man just accused me of lying my ass off over this so I'll ask again. Does anyone disagree with any of those bullet points, based on the information that Roulette Man has provided? Anyone?

  • yeah, I disagree with all of them. Just because you wrote them.

It wasn't too long ago I I had respect for your comments and even appreciated many of your responses as they seemed to come from a rational person. We might disagree in our politics but you usually came across as sincere and smart. Lately you seem to be slipping into some kind of intolerant rage. If the pattern continues you will soon be spewing spittle as you scream at the internet like Marcisdave.
Sorry if this sounds like a personal attack but I yearn for a return of the real Forky that actually won more arguments than lost.

  • Okay, I'll put you down as a "Disagree" and your reason as "just because." Thanks for responding.

I think I know the root of your resentment. It was when you claimed that there was no Republican gerrymander, and I produced court docs filed by the Republican governor of Texas admitting that there was, and a website from the National Republican Party bragging about gerrymandering congressional districts.

I don't blame you for your feelings. That must have been humiliating.
