DonDiego supposes Ms. Clinton is believed to have mishandled classified information, . . . to include transmitting classified information to no fewer than 6 persons unauthorized to receive such information, and storing classified information in an unapproved electronic server.

Revelations yesterday from the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community indicated some subject material is classified "Top Secret" [i.e."information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security"]

The unapproved storage apparently includes a private server then located in Chappaqua, NY and a thumb drive in the possession of her personal lawyer. DonDiego supposes her personal lawyer does not posses a Top Secret clearance or an appropriate storage facility, so he has also violated the Law.

Previous violators of such laws include Julius and Ethel Rosenberg [executed], Klause Fuchs [convicted, served 9 years in prison], and Edward Snowden [granted asylum in Russia].

Didn't the ex-CIA director,Petrius(SP), just get the book thrown at him for something very similar?

Any disagreement on any of those bullet points? Anyone?

  • yeah, I disagree with all of them. Just because you wrote them.

It wasn't too long ago I I had respect for your comments and even appreciated many of your responses as they seemed to come from a rational person. We might disagree in our politics but you usually came across as sincere and smart. Lately you seem to be slipping into some kind of intolerant rage. If the pattern continues you will soon be spewing spittle as you scream at the internet like Marcisdave.
Sorry if this sounds like a personal attack but I yearn for a return of the real Forky that actually won more arguments than lost.

Okay, I'll put you down as a "Disagree" and your reason as "just because." Thanks for responding.

I think I know the root of your resentment. It was when you claimed that there was no Republican gerrymander, and I produced court docs filed by the Republican governor of Texas admitting that there was, and a website from the National Republican Party bragging about gerrymandering congressional districts.

I don't blame you for your feelings. That must have been humiliating.

You obviously didn't look into those articles as I suggested. You lost that one.

You must be thinking of Colin Powell and every Secretary of state that preceded Hillary Clinton in the internet age who had the same email practices. And Jeb Bush too as governor of Florida.

But the "Hillary email scandal" (quotations depict sarcasm) started over a year ago - long before the conspiracy theorists' newest, baseless supposition. What crime is Hillary accused of that sparked a 70 million dollar investigation that requires us to scour through all her emails? Or is it ok to investigate first and figure out what we are investigating later? Yeah - that's it.

I see. Keeping your emails on a private server is synonymous with acting as a spy for foreign entities. Did you read that on the Federalist?

I'd say that's the most desperately hilarious comparison you've ever made on this forum - except earlier this week you tried to say "border-busts" were synonymous with "INS deportations".

    i. No, that is not what DonDiego stated. The Rosenbergs, Mr. Fuchs, and Mr. Snowden communicated classified [even TOP SECRET] information to individuals not authorized to view it.
This is precisely what Secretary Clinton did via e-mail to, f'rinstance, Sidney Blumenthal.

Besides, although the Rosenbergs and Mr. Fuchs were spies for the Soviet Union, Mr. Snowden may-or-may-not have worked for a foreign entity; he might have just wanted to annoy/embarass the USA.

ii. Poor old DonDiego has never read anything on The Federalist; he did copy/paste a graph which he'd found by Googling, which had originated on The Federalist because it was an accurate depiction of the DHS data addressing "removals" and "returns" of illegal aliens.

DonDiego requests pjstroh to please cite where DonDiego equated "border-busts" to "INS deportations." As DonDiego recalls he referred to solely the official terms for which he provided DHS data: "removals" and "returns".

Nonetheless, DonDiego is glad to provide pjstroh occasional moments of amusement.

    Indeed, . . . similar, but in a non-electronic way.

General David Petraeus supplied his biographer, who happened to be his illicit lover as well, personal notebooks containing classified information to assist in her authorship of his biography.

Secretary Clinton employed her own electronic e-mail server to store and disseminate classified information to her professional and personal contacts. So far as poor old DonDiego can determine, no one loves Hillary.

    .

The graph accurately showed statistics for "removals" and "returns" but dishonestly equated both those words with the term "deportation" - as per the graph's heading. And you did the same.

I forget, did those other folks destroy evidence during an investigation to find that evidence?

"Look into those articles?" Is that anything like "Google it?" Dude, do your own homework. In the meantime, I've provided quotes from the national GOP and the Republican Texas governor bragging about gerrymandering, and all you have is "look into those articles."

No wonder your feelings are vewy vewy hurt.

WTF do you want him to do, read them to you?

I have to agree with CBK, your stuff pretty much sucks anymore. It's the same thing over and over again, spew some BS(right or wrong, usually wrong and proven, but you won't read the sourves), throw an insult or two in, lather, rinse repeat.
    Gettin' pretty lame forkie.
