So last night while I was playing, I happened to hit a small hand pay jackpot...
As soon as it hit, I went... "uhhh" and a little fist pump (you know that sound, maybe uhhh isnt the best way to describe it ughhh???) It wasnt screaming, and I did not jump up and down and cause a scene... I would think that slamming down on the machine or hitting something would have been more disturbing...
anyway, I guess it startled the older gentleman next to me to the point where he complained to me and the slot person that it "scared him and caused him to not hold the "pocket jacks" he was dealt."
Now, this player did not need to press the draw button without checking his hand... and it is his ultimate responsibility to play his dealt hand correctly... hence why the "Royals" thread has a disclaimer for in casino play only with all the distractions and sticky buttons etc...
I have misheld hands without the assistance of the loud annoying slots and people jumping up and down in joy hitting royals on a 100 line machine playing 1 penny 1 credit 1 line.
Yes I get excited when I win as we all do, but should we respect people like this and sit there quietly after a win and maybe even use our hands to cover the speakers so the sound does not disturb them either?
Now that I think about it, this person even looked at me with an evil eye once while I was checking my points on my card!
New product? privacy box while playing at a slot machine?
Maybe this player needs this along with some earmuffs when playing in a casino?
