And Hoops was sick the day they taught separation of powers in his AMerican Government class. Municipalities are not responsible for enforcing federal laws...just like the FBI isn't responsible for handing out speeding tickets.

I watched the video PJ posted about what Rick Perry said and no where did I hear a threat - what I heard him say is that Texas is a unique place and who knows what could happen. PJ decided to run with this and, once again, make a mountain out of a mole hill. I am surprised that PJ was not invited to appear on the Bill Maher show.

Those breaking windows and burning cars were Tea Party voters. I think not. Those were definitely Obama and Clinton fans.
