Not too much - except coordinate with Russia and China to put the most substantial sanctions on Iran in modern history which ultimately laid the groundwork for the diplomatic deal reached with Iran to curtail their nuclear program. Oh - and I understand there is a huge slew of right wing pundits that decry that deal while saying they could do it much better....without offering any specifics. They have a similar and equally BS position on healthcare reform.
And nevermind that her Tenure of Secretary of State has yielded her a relationship with almost every national leader of every major country on the planet....it doesn't measure up. Trump built a golf course in Dubai - and Sarah Palin can see Russia from her house. Hillary has 4 years worth of intelligence briefings at the highest level : info on ISIS, Putin, the tribal factions in Syria and Iraq, Chavez, Castro. So, yeah, no big deal. I'm sure Trump might be able to find Afghanistan on a map by his second term.
