I'm checking into the " Four " Quad, on the 18th, I also have rooms booked elsewhere, If anyone
has stayed here REAL recently, or between now and the 18th, please give comment, so that I may
change my reservations before leaving. I'm mostly concerned about the remodeling noise, also just
want to be able to get some time in at Bill's before they close. Thanks for posting the link to the article
about the Quad.

Hmmm... Not according to any of the press releases they've made so far.

As someone who deals with gambling asians regularly I do not believe the word 'Quad' will be considered unlucky. It's the word 'four' in Chinese that is unlucky. The Quad will still be called Quad even after translation, so no problem.
I have never known of ANYONE who thought 4 queens, or any other card, were unlucky.

Lee I went to their Facebook page and boy are people bashing how bad the rooms are. Personally I have never stayed there but you may want to check it out. It is listed under the Quad Resort and Casino.
