Question

Starting today every post I see on this forum, and only this forum, is underlined. Why?

I notice that with some browsers. I think it is something in the design of the forum itself. The design here predates modern browsers.

Don't see anything. You aren't seeing anything like pink ephalants or anything else are ya JM?

Everything is underlined for me also.

It is your computer settings. Mine occurred when I got a new computer. I tinkered and got the underlines removed. Can't remember what I did, but I'll try to retrieve that information.

Started for me also when I got a new computer, about a year ago. If you can figure out what you did, Candy, I’d be interested, too.

Switch browsers. Also make sure your adobe flash player is updated. I have noticed when there is a flash ad uptop and my flash is out of date the yellow lines seem to be worse.

OK, here are postings (with solution) that I found and posted on the LVA Administrator Forum, which didn't help. You can go there and see everybody elses postings about it. About a page back, post from Sue Case "Underlining". It seemed to slow down the page loading, but I waited a day or two and now I have no underlines and pages load fairly quickly.

Another update: You can try this.
I went to Tools (above on my PC toolbar). (The LVA toolbars do not do anything.)
See "Compatibility View Settings"
Click "Change Compatibility View Setting"
A small text box contained lasvegasadvisor.com showed with an ADD button next to it.
I clicked the ADD button.
lasvegasadvisor.com opened in a bigger text box containing sites that I approved this "Compatibility View." I have no idea what this means.

BUT, Underlines disappeared!

WARNING though. As mentioned, once we got the new PC settings tweaked, LVA pages were all opening very fast. First time in years.

After this "Compatibility View" action, while the underlines disappeared, some pages are now again slow loading. Some open fast, some not as fast, some really slow like before.

I'm going to wait and see. I may "REMOVE" lasvegasadvisor.com from the Compatibility View if page loading remains slow. Just too painful.

Wow. Worked like a charm. Underlining gone!

I'll give it a little time and see if I have the same experience as you regarding page loading speed. So many trade-offs in life.
