someone magnify the image of the armpit on the left and look for the scar where the implant is inserted. in the armpit is most common. the definition of the breast makes me think "implant."

on the right may be real because the torso is also a bit broad and there is some weight to the arms.

I can see them. I can feel them. I can taste them. They are real. How they came to be matters not a whit to me. I'm just glad that they are there.
