question about DDB VP paytable

I admit that for the first time last night I actually looked closely at the paytable for the DDB progressive machine that I play. I've always known what the "5 coin" pays were, but last night I glanced at the "4 coin" pays.

And for "4 coins" I saw that a royal paid "1000 coins" (one thousand) but quad aces with kicker paid "1600 coins" (sixteen hundred).

Is this correct? Normal? The way it should be?
MoneyLA,

Yes, the Royal Flush is normally the only hand shorted with fewer coins played.
1 coin, 4AwK pays 400...
1 coin, Royal pays 250...

The pays are the same no matter the coin in unless it is the Royal which max gives you the bonus...

you can see clearly in the DDB paytable...

And actually...

Tripple Double Bonus, the 4AWK pays the same as any 2/3/4 w/ a Kicker for any credit... But on max credit, 4AWK pays same as a royal (gets the bonus)...

I remember that TDB royal!! But I didnt realize that the royal payoff is shorted for anything but full coin in in DDB.
We have spoke about that before!

Otherwise we wouldnt laugh so hard at the people who play $5 Jacks or Better at 1 credit.
I didnt know that the other hands had higher pay levels at low levels. Never stopped to look before.
