Quick question: Ellis Island Steak $7.99

We haven't been to Vegas for several years now due to the horrible exchange rate with the Canadian dollar.

Some friends from Europe tell me they will be in Vegas over the summer. I recommended for them to visit Ellis Island if they're looking for a late night steak (but avoid Mondays as the kitchen might be closed).

I noticed here on the Top 10 when referring to the EI dinner:

...to get that price you have to print out two coupons from an EI kiosk, the second after playing at least $5 in any slot or video poker machine with your club card inserted

However, I am confused on the direction provided: "the second after playing at least $5". I don't understand what this means. The initial part says you print two coupons from a kiosk. I don't see how the "second" comes in.

Is the writer saying that if you want three dinners you have to do something different for the third ticket? Or what the instructions really mean is is that you have to play at least $5 at a machine in order to get the $7.99 steak dinner making one dinner cost you $12.99 and subsequent dinners at $7.99 or something else altogether?
I believe the first ticket does not require any play. the second ticket requires $5 in play then it becomes available at the kiosk.

I don't know if Mr Lucky's still has their steak special at Hard Rock. It used to be $7.77 with no play required. I haven't been there in a few years. Its easier to get in there - especially at night.
Groovy, Far Out, Mesmerizing,.......ahh, what was you question?
