Quick quiz # 7

This hotel/casino was located on the south end of the strip. It was on the east side, just up a bit from the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. It was known mostly for its low limit gambling, and very cheap food.
There were 153 rooms in a series of buildings just behind the main structure as well as a restaurant, bar, lounge and smallish 7,700 sq ft Casino. The theme was Western Mining Town. The property was sold in 2005, closed for good in June of 2006 and demolished in 2008.
What was it's name?

It's also where the Vegas Vacation movie scenes were shot where cousin Eddie took Clark to play games that weren't played in most Las Vegas casinos...and I think they also used the actual Klondike buffet line for the cousin Eddie "I'll have some of the yella" scene.

Thanks for that "taste of home," Manterro! Barnaby's pizza is great! They are not in Vegas -- just in the Chicago area. I think they do ship partially baked pizzas, though.

Which Barnaby's location is that picture from? I used to go to the one in Niles and the one in Northbrook.
