I've floated on that river. I loved when the Monte Carlo first opened. I've stayed numerous times in their suites and have been to the VIP lounge on the top floor. I've also been a guest of high rollers who occupied the best high roller suites in the hotel on the top floor. What a shame that it now looks so old and outdated.
