"Hands Up, . . . Don't Shoot !"

Boiler suggests that many Ferguson citizens have systematically put themselves in the spotlight of police by regularly committing illegal activities. Boiler also believes that the lies these folks told before the trial is indicative of how these people live. They are willing to put an innocent white man to death because they hate white people. They were willing to lie and are willing to lie.

These are the very people who PJ listens to when they tell us about bad Ferguson cops. I listened to them lie, and then I watched then protest the lie. They lost any credibility some time ago.

" in support of the young thug shot in Ferguson, Missouri was taken in by false witnesses interested in something other than Justice and The Truth."

This statement is only partially based in fact and thus false . The same DOJ that DonDIego believes to be credible enough to narrate truth on the specific shooting incident also reported on the general police climate in the city of Ferguson. People were not solely taken in by "false witnesses interested in something other than justice". Given two sides of the same story, The People of Ferguson were willing to believe citizens in their community over the police force that was systematically harassing and oppressing them. A police force comprised of known thugs doesn't carry much integrity with the general public.

To only point to one cause while ignoring the other is nothing more than dishonest. I'm sorry DonDiego objects to my insertion of truth into his thread. He'll have to get over it.. Its a free country.

Since Boilerman has done zero homework on the crime statisitics of Ferguson his "suggestions" have about as much weight as his "suggestions" regarding Bengazhi and airborne Ebola

The people who actually did the homework (instead of making up unqualified, race-based propoganda on a message board) concluded this:
"The disproportionate number of arrests, tickets and use of force stemmed from “unlawful bias,” rather than black people committing more crime."
Will PJ please provide the statistics that prove that blacks are subjected to racial bias.

Really. Do you recall reading the following "routine" police behavior?

Cops like the above shouldn't be fired, they should be sentenced.

The "story" that Mr. Brown had his hands up and was surrendering is false. People who knew it was false spread the story; people who had no idea if it was true or false spread the story in support of the young thug. They were all false witnesses. DonDiego stands by his statement.

pjstroh excuses those people who did not know the truth and spread the lie, just because they preferred the lie told to them by the "citizens in their community", . . . the "lying" citizens in their community, . . . over the truth told to them by the police in their community.
DonDiego recognizes a difference in responsibility, but he does not excuse them for making the wrong choice and supporting the lie. And he does not excuse them from rioting.

Umm, . . . what ? ? ? . . . "point out one cause and ignore the other"???
A brief review of the truth: A thug attacked a police officer in his car and the officer discharged his gun in the car. After retreating, the thug turned and advanced upon the officer. The officer shot the thug multiple times all from the front.
The thug did not raise his hands and surrender, . . . ever.

There was one cause of the riots: people interested in fomenting hatred of police and mayhem in the community spread a lie, . . . that Mr. Brown had his hands up and was surrendering, . . . and people who wanted, really wanted to believe the lie (over the truth promulgated by the authorities) used it as an excuse to riot. Heckfire, people from outside the State drove to Ferguson to participate in the riots ! DonDiego supposes many citizens who knew it was a lie still used it as an excuse to riot. DonDiego is not absolutely certain but he suspects that some of the rioters, in addition to supporting "the cause of Mr. Brown" were also just stealing other folks property. This suspicion is supported by news footage of folks removing goods from local retail stores through the broken front windows. One beauty supply store was looted on at least 3 separate occasions during the weeks of rioting. By now Ferguson must be a town of beautiful felons.

An additional thought:
By the way, . . . even if the false narrative had been true, . . . that a good, decent young man had been slain in the act of surrendering by a vicious officer of the law intent on foul play, and the police were lying, . . . does pjstroh actually believe that would justify rioting?
In addition to respecting others' property, DonDiego, has read some about manipulations of mobs by unscrupulous "leaders"; sometimes it goes pretty far - like genocide and such. He would be very reluctant to join a mob, especially one destroying and stealing the property of one's fellow citizens. But, . . . to each his own; if pjstroh thinks it's OK, . . .well, OK. All the more reason to keep poor old DonDiego's address a secret from pjstroh.
And Forkie trusts all Furguson witnesses. A bunch have proved less than reliable. Maybe the main witness was "Mike".

My "white boy" kids have been treated very equally in my virtually all "white" Indiana town. The white cops here must hate white kids.

I don't excuse any liars. Evil is a bold word. Are they as evil as people who spread lies about the president fudging unemployment numbers? (See DOn DIegos comments on this thread: DD spreads a NY Post lie about President fudging unemployment

I've said from day one on this forum that people should wait to see the facts before rendering judgement. Lying is a sin. Believing a lie is an attribute of gullible people that don't pay attention to facts. That's true of people who believe Michael Brown was innocent...and its true of people who believe the new healthcare law kills jobs.

I corrected your mistake above. See bold/underline text. A tiny portion of protestors rioted which is inexcusable. Many protestors were interviewed on the streets and complained of the systematic abuse their police department engaged in...this was confirmed by the DOJ report DonDiego omitted from his narration of "the truth". The Martin shooting was a spark to ignite the community but it was only one of a multitude of examples of abuse in the city.

Probably right. But your initial post referenced the perspective of Missouri citizens...and now you've changed your focus singly to the people that rioted.

Oh, that's just sad. Where have I ever excused people for rioting? ANywhere? DonDIego is officially guilty of spreading a lie which by his own definition makes him "evil". I can find a DonDiego post making the case for bloody revolution on the Clive Bundy thread but you find anything remotely that ignorant coming from my keyboard.
PJ, I have found another case for you to champion. The University of North Carolina athletics department is under investigation for academic fraud. This fraud appears to have been happening for about two decades and involved literally thousands of athletes. There are two driving reasons why PJ will likely assume that this is a race driven attempt to stamp out black athletes from the program. First of all, it appears that near 100% of the athletes involved in the investigation are black. Secondly, they have targeted the African and Afro-American Studies program for offering fake classes to keep black athletes eligible.

Here you go, PJ..................have at it!

Did I miss something new in the Trayvon Martin case? Wasn't was George Zimmerman found to be "not guilty" by a jury of his peers? Maybe the justice department should investigate? Or the family should sue in civil court if they still think George Zimmerman is guilty of this crime?
