Conservative are more likely to consider the rights of the business owner than left leaning folks. I, for example, believe that the business owner should decide if he allows his patrons to smoke, while Liberals believe that the voters should decide what he does inside his own building.
This is a slippery slope, as Conservatives may decide one day what Liberals are are not allowed to do inside of their homes. Believe me, 100 years ago American's would have thought this no more preposterous than the government telling the local inn owner that smoking is prohibited inside of his establishment.

That's 100% correct. And our VP-Elect, Mike Pence, passed a law in his state to make sure restauranteers like the one in this thread would face no legal action resulting from such discrimination. Its scummy in this instance....and even more scummy when the government gives it its blessing.
Congratulations, America. This is the moral fiber of our new administration

If the food and service are great, I would eat there. I don't get my panties in a wad as easily as some of you.
Tom Collichio is left-leaning but Craftsteak is home to the best Wagyu I have ever eaten. So I dine there. Sheldon Adelson pumps profits into far right causes, but I love the tasting menu at Batali's B&B Ristorante. So I dine there.
