The rankings are based on:
17.42% - Entrepreneurship
16.95% - Citizenship
16.89% - Quality of Life
12.93% - Cultural Influence
11.99% - Open for Business
10.00% - Movers
7.42% - Power
3.24% - Adventure
3.17% - Heritage

The Top 10:
1. Switzerland
2. Canada
3. United Kingdom
4. Germany
5. Japan
6. Sweden
7. United States
8. Australia
9. France
10. Norway

Others of note:
21. Ireland - beats the USA in Quality of Life (#15) and Citizenship (#15).
27. Russia - #2 in Power but #41 in Quality of Life.
33. Mexico - which demonstrates just how bad the remainder of the world really is.
79. Iran - and #80-out-of-80 in Citizenship and Quality of Life.

Damn! All those countries with Universal healthcare rank above the United States? Seems unthinkable doesn't it?
I'll be visiting #5 in about 14 days.
So what is the overall #80 out of 80?

Perhaps they just beat us in Movers or Adventure. Most of the 73 countries that ranked lower than us probably had some form of socialized medicine or insurance like the top 6. Seems unthinkable, eh?
